TabTrade Review - A Look at This New CFD Broker

Tab Trade — The Short Version

Tab Trade opened in March 2026. Online broker based in Saint Lucia, regulated by Saint Lucia's FSRA. The founder is Benjamin Boulter. Previously, he was on the executive team at BlackBull Markets, an FMA-regulated broker.

The BlackBull connection is relevant. It suggests the founder is not figuring it out from scratch. That is not a guarantee. Still more reassuring than a random name you cannot trace.

They launched with Equinix data centre access in London. Same data centres institutional desks use. The typical new launch leads with marketing and bonuses. Tab Trade led with infrastructure. Interesting choice.

Market coverage: FX, stock indices, metals, commodities, stock CFDs, cryptocurrencies, ETFs. Over 1,000 instruments. For a broker this new, the breadth is solid.

Platforms

Available: MetaTrader 5, cTrader, and web trading. Two major platforms from one account. Many commit to either MT5 or cTrader. Getting both is useful. You are not locked into one.

MT5 is the default. Full charting, EAs, tons of scripts and indicators. If you have used a MetaQuotes platform before, you know exactly what you are getting.

cTrader is the alternative. Better depth of market. Smoother chart interaction. cBot support. Plenty of traders prefer it after comparing.

FIX API is offered for bots but needs the VIP tier ($25k minimum). TradingView is said to be coming. That will make the platform set when it lands.

Costs

Three levels: Standard, Edge, VIP.

Standard. 1.0 pip spreads. Commission-free. Easy to track. No minimum deposit. Works for anyone who does not want to think about commission.

Edge. Raw spreads from 0.0 pips average. Flat commission of $3.50 each way. What you actually pay: raw spread plus $7 per full lot. On EUR/USD, the raw spread is often under 0.2 pips. So your all-in cost can sit below 0.5 pips. That is good for a broker with $0 to start. Most platforms that run raw pricing at this level want $500 or more to open. Tab Trade has no minimum.

VIP. $25k to open. FIX connectivity, execution under 20ms, negotiated fees. Not relevant to the average person. Skip it unless you move real size.

Infrastructure

The execution is the area where Tab Trade separates from most new launches. Equinix servers in London. Execution below 30 milliseconds on Edge. Below 20ms on VIP. That is not marketing fluff. The average platform run hundreds of milliseconds.

Does this affect you? For short-term trading, yes. The difference between fast execution and sluggish execution is the difference between. If you swing trade, you probably will not feel it. What matters is the setup is serious. That says what kind of broker this is.

Combine that infrastructure with 0.0 pip spreads and $7 round-turn and the overall offering makes sense. Not many platforms at this price point offer execution like this.

The FSRA Question

Here is the part that matters. TabTrade is under Saint Lucia's FSRA. That is tier-3. No FCA. No investor compensation scheme. If operating without FCA or ASIC oversight makes you uncomfortable, this broker is not for you. Plenty of FCA-regulated options out there.

But. Benjamin Boulter came from BlackBull Markets, a tier-1 regulated broker. The server placement is expensive. Fly-by-night platforms do not pay for proper execution infrastructure. None of this make it safe. It does inform how you think about it.

The trade-off: no FCA or ASIC safety net. In exchange: 1:1000 leverage, cheap spreads, $0 to start, fast fills. Whether that works is your call.

Welcome Offer

Tab Trade has a deposit bonus of up to $2,000. Standard welcome offer. You deposit, TabTrade credit extra capital. Standard terms apply: trading volume requirements before bonus funds can be taken out. Review the fine print before you deposit.
